Identities & Global Codes

Abelisk’s Identity and Global Codes module defines the non-accounting codes used throughout Abelisk™. This provides a consistent structure and set of codes for use in all modules. The identity codes, such as customer and vendor, allow for multiple addresses and contacts along with default transaction information.
Identity Codes include the account, tax, sales, and purchasing setup for each identity along with a primary address and an unlimited number of additional addresses.  All contacts associated with each identity can be tracked with details about location, contact information, position, role, and so on.

Physical assets (equipment, buildings and other resources) can be setup for use in Abelisk™ along with relevant details, such as specifications as they apply to usage, charge out rates, worker requirements, and so on.

Various transaction, inventory, work, and approval related codes are defined in this module.  This includes Terms Codes, Discount Codes, Frequency Codes, Site Codes, Compatibility Codes, Country Codes, and so on.  This allows the same code to be used throughout Abelisk™.

Abelisk™ is a rules driven system where you set the rules.
